Jeg er ret ny her, så ved ikke lige om det er her man skal ligge sådan et indlæg ind, men prøver:)
Jeg vil bare høre om man kan sige det her:

The boys started crying and calling at their mothers. The mothers ran out to see what had happened. They came out and saw the man get out of their car and then he started running/started to run.
Jeg har i hvert fald fundet nogle grammatiske fejl. Håber ikke at jeg har overset nogle, og at jeg kunne være til hjælp for dig 🙂

Der skal selvfølgelig ikke stå "the man get out of THEIR car", men "out of THE car". Undskyld 🙂

The mother ran out to see what was happening. They came out, and saw the man in the car went out (of) his car, and started running.
Of course I only have corrected your translation - whithout telling you anything about the grammar! I assume that your english teacher can learn you that...

Yesterday, while I was in the street I noticed a man in a car. Also in the street were some boys who were playing with a ball. Unfortunately the man in the car didn't notice the ball, (probably stoned out of his mind!),and proceeded to drive right over it! The boys seeing this began to cry and called out to their mothers. They immediately ran out to see what was going on and as they did so they saw the man get out of the car and run away.
